I think "professional" bodybuilding and bodybuilders are one of the of today's biggest lies. They keep saying they are natural, and they have become this kind of meatheads because they train hard and they eat pounds of powders, dozens of vitamin pills.

But the truth is that they are some kind of junkies. They have convinced themselves that they are natural, and everything is OK, while on the other hand they use lots of drugs, steroids.

And the biggest problem is I think , that they are on the TV, newspapers and everywhere, where you can find ads. And imagine that, a poor guy sees this ads, and he think "Yes, i could be one of them if train hard AND(!) if I spend lot of money on buying all kind of powders, pills and other things." But they are totally useless, and you will never be like one of them except you use drugs. So prosfessional body bulding is nothing more just business.

I myself go to the gym three or four times a week but a never wanted to be like they are, just get tired, workout hard and eat healthy.

FFS Izismile most of these are photoshopped The others are synthol ( Google it , but synthol is not a steroid its an oil ) which means this article is rubbish...Yes RUBBISH
