AFAIK, Kate has a brother, he is a musician.
This girl isn't as photogenic like Kate moss who back in the day was absolutely stunning, now she looks old more like in her 40s and not so skinny like before. If Charlotte is really Moss sister, she may achieve a model career just because of her family ties, not for her talents. She is kinda generic looking and all girls in the industry are beautiful, tall and skinny. This girl doesn't have it, sorry!

13yrs old dressed like she is in her 20s.
