#4 - excellent form on the Romanian Deadlifts. No, I am not kidding. That woman has more efficient, effective, and *safe* technique than many, many supposed athletes I've seen and coached. However, the other one needs to just put the sledgehammer down. She has never swung one for real; that one is too heavy for her anyway; and she is mostly wasting her time, and maybe courting injury. But of course, I know that demonstrating good hammer technique was not the main goal there, so... lol
