Yep - it's fine. Being pregnant is one continuous workout, anyway. Childbirth in humans is more stressful on the baby than anything these girls can do while exercising.

No problem as long as the mother to be has been physically active before getting pregnant. I have a friend that owned and operated her own lawn service and worked right up to just a few days before giving birth. She is in perfect health.
